Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. -

الاسترجاع يكون خلال ١٤ يوم نرسل المندوب لتحصيل المنتج الذي تريدين استرجاعه و المندوب يعطي لكي ايصال بالمبلغ ثم يتم ارسال المبلغ كامل تحويل بنكي او باي طريقه اخري ممكنه يفضلها العميل خلال يوم ١

لا يوجد استرجاع للانجري بكل انواعه 

و لكن يمكنك فتح الشحنه قبل الاستلام للتأكد من جودة الموديلات و التنقيه و تدفعي تمن الهتاخديه بس و الميعجبكيش رجعيه مع المندوب في وقتها 

مع اهمية دفع مصاريف الشحن كامله للمندوب

2- Lingerie ( open package before paying and check your items very well as Lingerie is not refundable )

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase message us on Moon Bell page on Facebook or Instagram

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
You are free to exchange your item in 14 days with the same conditions of the returned item if anything was sent wrong

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Moon bell, Oct City fardoos, GZ, Oct, 12578, Egypt

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Moon bell pay for the shipping costs only in case of " wrong product "
wrong product to us means that it is 1 of the 3 below options ,
1- wrong in color was dispatched
2- wrong product was sent
3- Damaged / broken from our side
only in the above 3 conditions Moon bell pay for full shipping fees only 1 time to exchange the wrong product with the the correct one you have ordered .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
